Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Runway account and associated app data. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

01 — Delete your account inside the app

To delete your account:

1. Open the Runway app
2. Sign in to the account you want to delete
3. Open Settings
4. Select Delete account
5. Review the deletion warning
6. Confirm permanent deletion

Once confirmed, Runway will process the deletion of your account and associated app data.

02 — If you cannot access the app

If you cannot sign in or access the account-deletion option, email us from the email address associated with your Runway account.

Please include:

• The email address associated with the account
• A brief statement confirming that you want the account deleted

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before completing the request.

Never send us:

• Your password
• Access tokens
• Refresh tokens
• Bank-account credentials
• Payment-card information
• Complete financial records

03 — Data deleted with your account

Deleting your Runway account removes the account and associated app data, including:

• Account and profile information
• Email address
• User settings
• Starting balance
• Baseline daily spending
• Income entries
• Expense entries
• Alerts
• Device push tokens
• Active refresh-token sessions

04 — Data that may remain temporarily

Some limited information may remain temporarily in: routine system backups, security logs, fraud/abuse-prevention records, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and infrastructure-provider logs — according to applicable provider-retention settings, backup schedules, security requirements, or legal obligations. Retained information will not be used to continue providing the deleted account.

05 — Processing time

We aim to process verified deletion requests without undue delay and within any period required by applicable law.
